Try to get your money refunded when you buy awesome auger. IMPOSSIBLE no one to answer the phone. even when you get a person and get a refund number NO MONEY REFUNDED,product shipped and received by company on 4/30/08 at 4.28PM as per delivery confirmation.12 days later no refund. this is one major ripoff. small auger will
not do anything as shown on tv.
wouldnot reccommend anyone buy anything from this company.I have paid more in shipping cost than the studid product i ordered,
tried to tell husband it was a gimmic, he had to find out the hard way.
Now I'm still trying to get my money refunded
