Well, I was also fooled into buying an Awesome Auger and it's not that awesome. I tried to cancel my order as soon as clicked but of course the 1-910# stayed busy from 8am-5pm for 5 days straight. When I finally got through a week later, of course it was too late to cancel. I think they do that so you can't talk with a live person. There probably isn't a live person to talk with anyway.
They said I can send it back and get a refund but since most of the price was shipping, and that can't be refunded, I would only get about $20 back from a $50 purchase. Shipping for this product is outrageous!!!
Take my advice and don't fall for this one like I did.
