I am also in the process of filing against them.I didnt receive the 'FREE' drill nor the extension or 3rd free piece.and you could grow old and collect sociasl security before someone picks up the phone on their end...the products were for sale @ 19.99 and the
shipping was 28.99 or close to that by a few cents as I recall.even if I had gotten all the pieces I still wouldve been charged for the heavy corded(not cordless drill).it should've cost about the same to ship either,which their number is plain price gouging..I have the wisconsin state attorney generals number 608-266-1221 and will look into the FTC and
better business bureau as well
