AWESOME AUGER complaint
Hi all

After I saw tv, I order awesome auger right away on 04/07/08 with order# S257322400018. And I received only a set of auger but not auger extension and power tools like what i saw on tv which it free. I already call customer service many times @ 1-866-504-7702, but look like no one answer phone. Also I sent email to customer service still no answer. Now I don't know what to do with other items are missing. Please help me investigation this issue. Please feel free to contact me at ducnghiem_2001@yahoo.com.

I was charged on my credit card for two sets, which I did not order. I only ordered one. The amount was over $68.00 and charged to my credit card. When I call, all I get is music. I have waited as long as 45 min... then got a message telling me their hours of operation had ended. On top of that,...the stupid thing doesn't work. There needs to be a stop to this. MY 

QUESTION IS!!! Why does a T.V. Station allow this? I think they should be held accountable. It's sad and upsetting when there are,..in my opinion,... theifs that make their living by cheating other people and the TV stations allow this to happen.

I ordered auger on the 26 of April and only received auger set2,cordless power drill on the 12 of May. I never received the extender & lock. Will I receive it at a future date?
