I have tried repeatedly to talk to a person and they will not connect me I think that they are unethical and intend to contact the attorney general about this company I think they misrepresent themselves and if enough of us complain maybe we could take them to court as a class action lawsuit and have them removed from selling on tv and misrepresenting the merchandise and the way they do business before anyone else is cheated out of their money I intend to send mine back I tried to cancel before they sent it out and could not be connected
