Offer made as surprise by husband. He thought the order was canceled when he hung up after 10 minutes of saying no to additional offers per "computerorized" order site.

Paid $28.90 for two pieces of steel...no attachment pin or drill.

Customer service number offers no options for talking. Open Monday thru Friday from 8AM-5PM but when called changes days and time for calling.

TV advertisement shows drill offer with order. Order made on 05/18/08 but product arrived on 07/10/08. Advertisement still on TV shows same offer. No return label so have to pay to return order.

Monetary Loss: $28.
