Ordered the Awesome Auger product(s) on 5/28. After waiting out the six weeks plus for it to arrive (they estimate 4-6 weeks) I wrote an e-mail to the address they specified -- email@example.com -- but never got an answer.
Eight days later I called their customer service number 866-504-7702 (9-5 M-F), was on hold for twenty minutes, and was then told my order had been cancelled! What? They never told ME! Nice.
She said their inventory was low and the back-order took too long, and since they can't leave a charge "open" beyond 60 days (it's illegal for them to charge an account after that), they automatically cancelled it. The phone rep was pleasant, I was assured I would not be charged, and I received a confirmation # for the cancellation. But come ON! What if I'd never called??
